We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Transport Administrator / Operations Coordinator to join a busy logistics team on the afternoon shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, problem-solving, and working closely with drivers and customers to keep operations running smoothly.

What's involved?

• Manifesting freight and shipment documentation
• Accurate data entry and freight rating
• Excel reporting and administration tasks
• Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Supporting daily transport operations and ensuring information is processed accurately

What we're looking for:

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Reliable, dependable, and consistent work ethic
• Good computer skills, particularly with Excel
• Previous transport industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
