Administration Coordinator

Shift Information: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities Include:

• Act as a primary point of contact for scheduling inbound and outbound delivery appointments
• Managing and assigning DC Work Orders/Tickets to appropriate parties in the DC
• Scanning and uploading all inbound packing slips and outbound LTL BOLS and 3PF Deposit Orders.
• Coordinating all inbound and outbound drivers to the correct dock doors for delivery and pickup
• Keep accurate records and reports.
• Document and report LK Inbound daily.
• All DC related data entry
• Run and interpret DC and labor management reports.
• Order supplies for DC.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clerical skills: Computer Skills/Data entry, attention to detail.
• Stable and steady work history in a distribution center or warehouse.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Takes an active interest in meeting the needs of the business as communicated by supervisors and managers.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
