ARB Coopers Plains is looking for a motivated and organised Administration & Customer Service person to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, reliable, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the role:

• General administration and office duties
• Processing invoices, orders and paperwork
• Assisting the sales and workshop teams
• Booking and coordinating customer jobs
• Maintaining accurate records and filing
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Helping with the day-to-day running of the dealership

About you:

• Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• High attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Friendly, professional and a great team player
• Automotive or 4WD experience is an advantage, but not essential
