We are delighted to partner with this high-profile Australian Company, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange! We are seeking a detailed orientated individual to undertake the position of Data Migration Officer to support the successful migration, validation, and management of data across systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and ensuring information is accurate, secure, and transferred efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate data migration activities across multiple systems.
• Extract, cleanse, transform, and load data accurately.
• Validate migrated data and identify discrepancies or errors.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the migration process.
• Work closely with business stakeholders.
• Document migration processes, procedures, and results.
• Monitor migration progress and resolve data-related issues.
• Prepare reports and provide regular project updates.

About you

• Experience in data administration, data migration, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Experience working with databases and data management tools.
• Good understanding of data cleansing, validation, and transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Desirable: Experience with Excel, CRM/ERP systems, or large-scale data migration projects.
