We are seeking a casual Administration Executive to join our head office in Allambie Heights, close to Warringah Mall. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will provide reservations and administrative support for our Spit and Inner West venues.

This role suits someone who enjoys communicating with guests, managing booking details and helping busy restaurant teams stay organised.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations and group bookings across allocated venues. (Ormeggio at the Spit, Chiosco by Ormeggio, Postino Osteria & Vineria Luisa)

• Respond to guest and client enquiries professionally and promptly.

• Maintain accurate booking and client records in SevenRooms and Tripleseat (events software).

• Process and track deposits, ensuring booking details are up to date.z

• Liaise with venue teams to communicate booking requirements and special requests.

• Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager and allocated venues.

About you

• Fluent, professional English, both written and spoken.
• A friendly, confident and approachable manner.
• Australian permanent residency.
• Experience using restaurant reservation systems, such as SevenRooms.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise, multitask and work independently.
• A positive, professional attitude and a passion for hospitality.
