Administration Executive - Credit Officer

Role & responsibilities :

1. Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding balances.

2. Follow up with customers for overdue and pending payments

3. Prepare and issue accurate sales/service invoices on a timely basis (Zoho and Ho Saksham)

4. Ensure GST and other applicable tax details are correctly reflected in invoices.

5. Share invoices with customers and maintain proper invoice records.

6. Prepare credit notes, debit notes, and revised invoices when required.

7. Maintain daily/monthly accounts receivable records.

8. Prepare customer outstanding and ageing reports

9. Review student Attendance sheet using Hosaksham software.

10.Prepare and maintain the monthly product sheet .

11. Cashbook Management.

12. Prepare Monthly Branch collection Report.

Required Skills :

• Good knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable, and credit control.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software such as Zoho, or similar systems.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple invoices and payment follow-ups simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
