Administration Lead

We are looking for a talented Administration Lead to oversee administration functions across our three NorthCare Medical Centres in Hamilton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable people leader who enjoys supporting teams, improving systems and helping busy medical centres run smoothly. This role would suit either a proven people leader or someone ready to take the next step in their career.

As Administration Lead, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our medical centres. You will provide leadership and supervision to the administration team, and help ensure our doctors, nurses and wider multidisciplinary team have the support they need to provide high-quality patient care.

This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Regional Business Manager.

About you

• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Experience in administration or team leadership role
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confidence using computer systems and software (Experience with Patient Management System would be an advantage)
• An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a commitment to improving health equity
