About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lead - Administration to lead workplace operations and employee experience across our corporate offices, R&D center, and manufacturing facility.

The role will be responsible for creating a safe, efficient, compliant, and engaging workplace while ensuring seamless administration, infrastructure management, employee services, vendor governance, transport, travel, security, facilities, and employee experience initiatives.

The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with a people-first mindset and play a key role in building a world-class employee experience that supports organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1) Workplace & Facility Management

• Lead end-to-end administration and facility management across all locations.
• Ensure efficient management of office spaces, manufacturing support facilities, common areas, utilities, and employee amenities.
• Drive workplace expansion, infrastructure readiness, seating plans, and space optimization initiatives.
• Manage housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport, travel, reception, and visitor management services.
• Establish and monitor workplace service standards and SLAs.

2) Manufacturing Site Administration

• Oversee plant administration activities and employee support services.
• Ensure uninterrupted support services required for manufacturing operations.
• Manage statutory displays, employee facilities, transportation, canteen operations, and welfare amenities.
• Coordinate with EHS and Operations teams to ensure safe workplace practices.

3) Employee Experience & Engagement

• Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee feedback mechanisms and drive continuous improvement actions.

4) Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage relationships with facility management partners, travel providers, security agencies, transport vendors, and contractors.
• Drive vendor performance reviews and governance mechanisms.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely renewals of contracts and service agreements.

5) Workplace Safety & Employee Welfare

• Partner with EHS teams to maintain workplace safety standards.
• Drive emergency preparedness programs and workplace safety awareness.
• Ensure employee welfare facilities meet legal and organizational standards.
• Support business continuity and crisis management initiatives.

6) Budget & Cost Optimization

• Own the administration and facilities budget.
• Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising employee experience.
• Develop annual operating plans and monitor budget utilization.
• Drive procurement efficiencies and vendor rationalization initiatives.
