Administration Manager

About the role

Marvelus Berries is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team in Perth, WA. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our back-office environment. As Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative functions across the business in Perth and our farm in Northcliffe, providing essential support to all departments. This is a high-performance role that is integral to maintaining our operational excellence and supporting the growth objectives of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all administration operations across the business
• Assist with the development and implementation of IT systems and processes and become the gatekeeper in relation to the efficient and effective use of systems across the business
• Document and version control
• Support key management personnel, including coordination of meetings and follow-up of action items
• Coordinate with external goods and service providers
• Handle confidential and sensitive administrative matters with discretion and professionalism
• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor compliance with Quality Assurance programs
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative related queries
• Organise and co-ordinate internal events

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an administration role (minimum 3 - 5 years' experience)
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, experience with CRMs and Project Management systems desirable
• Excited by systems, process, technology, AI, improving efficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional manner
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Flexibility and adaptability when responding to changing priorities
• Relevant qualifications in administration, office management or business administration would be advantageous
