What do you do?

• Lead transport admin team setting clear standards, structure and accountability
• Oversee invoicing and billing to ensure accuracy and minimise revenue loss
• Manage systems and reporting ensuring data is accurate and processes are efficient
• Support operations and compliance by keeping administration aligned with transport requirements
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

What do you need?

• Previous experience in similar role
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work within a team
