Administration Manager

Job Responsibility:

• Handling overall administration of PAN India branches.
• Maintenance /AMC contracts and vendor management.
• Liasoning with various agencies for AMC's of office equipment Air conditioners, Fax and photocopier machine and follow-up of AMC renewals.
• Provision of Office Stationery and maintain stock level and issue details.
• Maintenance of Office Communication Systems.
• Monthly telephone bill and vendor bill payments etc.
• Supervision of Housekeeping & maintenance of office premises, office security, fire equipments, furniture, managing office boys etc.
• In charge for issuing Mobiles and visiting cards to staffs etc.
• Compiling MIS Reports of all sites for budgeting & tracking like Electricity, Stationary, Telephones etc.
• Budgeting the expenses & cost controlling.
• To hire 2 to 3 new good & cost effective vendors for all office AMC’s, Equipment’s, Furniture maintenance, air conditions, printer, stationaries etc.
• Support in formulating policies governing the admin activities and functions.
• Support in the development of operating plans for the effective running of the admin function.
• Support in the Periodic evaluation of the admin strategy and plan to ensure alignment and high level of contribution to overall organizational effectiveness.
