Administration Manager

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Administration Manager to lead our reception and administration team across both our Maroochydore and Forest Glen sites. At The Radiology Clinic, we believe the patient comes first. Whether someone is attending for a routine scan or navigating a life-changing diagnosis, the administration team plays a critical role in how supported, informed and cared for they feel. You'll put patient experience at the heart of everything the administration team does. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be comfortable stepping onto the reception desk when needed, we're a team that leads from the front.

The Radiology Clinic is a doctor-owned radiology practice on the Sunshine Coast, providing high-quality imaging services across two sites. We're a growing, locally owned practice with a strong team culture and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and managing the reception and administration team across both sites
• Rostering, leave management and workforce planning
• Billing oversight and Medicare compliance
• Onboarding and training new staff
• Managing patient experience and complaints
• Maintaining and improving administration systems and workflows
• Reporting to the Operations Manager

About you

• Previous experience in a team leader or administration management role
• A genuine passion for customer service and creating a great experience for every patient
• Strong people skills and a genuine interest in leading a team
• Experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
• Confident, calm and solutions-focused under pressure
• Comfortable working across multiple sites
