What they need
- 10-15 years experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure projects
- End-to-end Site HR, Administration & Labour Compliance
- Experience in project mobilization, site set-up and demobilization/closure
- Manage employee & workmen manpower and subcontractor workforce
- Recruitment, onboarding, deployment, transfers and exits
- Strong experience in employee relations, grievance & disciplinary matters
- Manage labour law & statutory compliance
- Oversee accommodation, transport, canteen, security, medical & welfare
- Manage attendance, payroll inputs, HRMS & HR MIS
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workforce discipline
- Coordinate with Project Head, subcontractors, and functional teams
- Handle labour authorities, inspections and compliance audits
- Monitor HR/Admin costs and manpower productivity
- Hands-on experience in large / remote project sites preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution skills
