Administration Manager

Manage day-to-day school office operations.

● Supervise support staff (housekeeping, security, office boys, etc.).

● Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the school infrastructure.

● Coordinate with facility teams for cleanliness, repairs, and safety.

● Ensure classrooms, labs, and administrative areas are well-maintained.

● Liaise with vendors for procurement and maintenance of supplies and services.

● Track AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service schedules.

● Supervise and monitor school transport operations.

● Address parent and student transport queries in coordination with the transport team.

● Ensure compliance with school and government safety regulations.

● Support fire drills, emergency procedures, and campus security.

● Maintain all required documentation for audits and inspections.

● Coordinate logistics for school events, PTMs, and examinations.

● Arrange facilities, materials, and staffing support as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.

● 3–5 years of experience in school or facility administration is preferred.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication.

● Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with school ERP systems.

● Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
