Administration Manager, Policy Operations

The Role:

The job incumbent will be responsible for providing administration support to the newly created Policy Operations team including execution of all appropriate actions required for the maintenance of clients’ insurance program.

• Provide support on daily insurance policy operations including but not limited to, preparing renewal notices, generating invoices, maintenance of clients’ files in line with company’s systems and protocols, preparing client proposals and policy documentation.
• Provide support on client surveys, seminars and events by preparing invitations, marketing letters, event handouts and conducting client research.
• Provide support on business development initiatives, such as administrative support in prospecting and maintenance of database.
• Compliance with internal control processes.
• To provide assistance to other areas of the Company’s business as may be required.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Employee Benefits Scheme administration is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese typing.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification, Bachelor’s degree will be considered more favourably.
• IIQE Paper I and II qualified and at least 1.5 to 2 years of experience in the general Insurance Industry preferably in broking firm will be considered more favourably.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred.
