Administration Officer - Bega

About The Role As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy community health hub. You will be the first point of contact for consumers, visitors, and stakeholders, providing professional reception and administrative support that contributes to positive consumer experiences and efficient service delivery.

Working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of programs, including mental health, alcohol and other drug services, and allied health programs. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting people in their healthcare journey.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity.

Skills & Experience

• Relevant qualifications in administration and or a combination of relevant training and experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service skills and an ability to effectively engage with a wide diversity of people including the ability to work respectfully with people with mental health difficulties.
• Ability to engage effectively and respectfully with a wide diversity of people, including those experiencing mental health difficulties or distress
