Administration Officer

About the role

Join the dynamic team at Long Yue Electrical and Mechanical Engineering as an Administration Officer. In this full-time role based in the Kwun Tong District, you will play a crucial part in the company's office and projects administration, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality administration support to business units.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
• Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and managing travel arrangements
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Outdoor duties occasionally

What we're looking for

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a similar industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, helpful, and customer-focused attitude
• Immediate available is preferred
