You will provide essential administrative support across our operations — working closely with leadership, support workers, and coordinators to ensure documentation, scheduling, and systems are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
This role requires someone who is self-motivated and confident working autonomously, while also being a genuine team player who contributes positively to the broader team. You will also be expected to participate in an on-call roster as part of this role, supporting our commitment to around-the-clock participant care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support in accordance with NDIS practice standards.
Manage, maintain, and organise participant and staff documentation, correspondence, and records.
Support scheduling operations, including coordinating staff rosters and participant appointments.
Assist with document control, filing systems, and compliance record-keeping.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as directed.
Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
Support onboarding administration for new staff
Participate in the on-call roster to support after-hours operational needs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Essential Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in an administrative or office support role
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively
A collaborative team player who actively supports colleagues and contributes to a positive workplace culture
Willingness and availability to participate in an on-call roster
Proficiency in Xero or a similar platform (or willingness to learn)
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
Experience in NDIS, disability services, aged care, or healthcare
Familiarity with NDIS documentation and compliance obligations
Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
What We Offer:
Supportive and inclusive workplace culture
Casual engagement with a real pathway to permanency
Meaningful work that makes a difference in the community

Ongoing training and professional development
