Administration Officer

• Support HR and finance issues with documentation and logistics.
• Manage inventory of stationery, pantry and office supplies; coordinate replenishment and procurement requisitions.
• Assist with expense reimbursements: verify payments and maintain filing.
• Assist in updating employee attendance records.
• Responsible for administration and clerical duties in construction site.

​​​​​Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, study in Business Administration and Human Resources is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in site administration and clerical duties.
• Familiar with MS Office application (MS Word & Excel).
• Good command in Chinese and English.
• Candidate with less qualification / experience can apply for Assistant Administration Officer
• Working Location: Tsing Yi Shipyard
