Administration Officer

Bruce Avery Transport is an Australian-owned family business specialising in linehaul freight from Perth to Darwin and servicing the regional areas. Our large client list includes major companies from all industries, including fellow transporters, mining, retail, construction, and agriculture.

We currently have a part-time position for an Administration Officer to join our team in our Kununurra depot.

The position is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during school hours, with some flexibility around start and finish times for the right person.

Daily duties include:

• Answering phones
• Responding to emails and customer enquiries
• Processing, scanning and filing paperwork
• Writing and processing consignment notes and manifesting
• General office duties

Required skills:

• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Organised with the ability to multi-task
• Transport experience desirable
