Administration Officer

We’re Hiring | Administration Officer – Night Shift

Mediplas Innovations (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Administration Officer to manage Time Office & Administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain employee attendance and Time Office records.

* Manage administrative and security activities during the night shift.

* Assist in resolving disciplinary and workplace issues during the shift.

* Report emergencies, operational concerns and important matters to management.

* Prepare and maintain daily and weekly administrative reports.

* Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth night-shift operations.

Requirements:

* Graduate; a degree in Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.

* 1–2 years of relevant experience in Administration, Time Office or a similar role.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during the Night Shift.

* Candidates must be comfortable working permanently in Night Shift.
