Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure, systems, and network.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Manage desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other IT assets.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
• Handle user accounts, access permissions, email IDs, and IT security.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely support to employees.
• Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and inventory.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for technical support and maintenance.
• Ensure regular backup, data security, antivirus, and system updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2.5+ years of experience as an IT Admin / System Administrator.
• Experience in a Fintech/IT/Corporate environment preferred.
• Good knowledge of networking, hardware, Windows OS, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
