Administration Officer

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the school uniform department.
• Maintain proper stock of uniforms, including shirts, trousers, skirts, sweaters, ties, belts, socks, etc.
• Keep accurate records of uniform stock, issues, returns, and replacements.
• Coordinate with students, parents, teachers, and school administration regarding uniform requirements.
• Handle the distribution and sale/issue of uniforms as per school requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of uniforms.
• Coordinate with uniform suppliers regarding orders, sizes, quality, delivery, and replacements.
• Maintain records of sizes and requirements for different classes and departments.
• Ensure the uniform department is properly organized and the stock is maintained systematically.
• Address queries and concerns related to uniform availability, sizing, exchanges, and replacements.
• Prepare regular stock and requirement reports for the school management.
• Ensure that the uniform department follows the school’s prescribed uniform standards and procedures.

Pay: ₹10,991.68 - ₹41,267.45 per month
