Administration Officer - NUM Support

We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer – Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) Support to our Emergency Department, Emergency Access and Flow Directorate.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage the day to day administration requirements of the (work unit) to achieve administrative compliancy by providing specific support to the Nurse Unit Managers.
• Maintain mandatory documentation for filing, archiving and storage in line with the State Archiving regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret nursing rosters, to ensure accuracy.
• Provide administration support to committees and meetings as required by the Nurse Unit Manager. Including distribution of agendas, booking meeting venues, production of minutes and following up meeting actions.

Salary between $3219.60 - $3480.40 p.f. (f/t) or salary rates: $41.17 - $45.79 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 5) (One term temporary full time or part time position available for three months, up to 76 hrs p.f.)
