The Resource Recovery team is responsible for managing the city's waste, recycling, and sustainability initiatives. • Maintaining audit data and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, warning letters, and monitoring information.
  • Coordinating meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Creating invoices and supporting administrative processes across the team.
  • Monitoring service trends and escalating emerging issues when required.
  • Supporting resource recovery projects, education initiatives, and wider team activities.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • At least 3-4 years' experience in an administration, customer service, business support, or service coordination environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to resolving issues.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
