Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead Parkville’s overall administrative functions, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Lead and develop the administrative team and provide guidance to ensure smooth business operations
• Provide orientation, guidance, and training to new and existing staff, ensuring effective implementation of Parkville policies and procedures.
• Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify trends and process improvements, ensuring office efficiency through effective planning.
• Oversee installations, maintenance, and disposal of substances, ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and safely.
• Keep up to date and ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation.
• Prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policy.
• Identify safety training requirements, make recommendations, and schedule the training as approved and required.

Job Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. (Preferred: Business Administration).

Experience

• From 6 up to 8 years of related Job Function / Industry / Experience.
• 2-3 years in Same Role / Position.
