About us:

CSF Industries was first established in 1979 in Cairns QLD, boasting seven fully integrated divisions offering commercial construction, steel fabrication, roofing services, coating and finishes, lifting and transport and logistics. CSF Industries holds a unique position in the construction and fabrication industry in Northern Australia in terms of size, experience and expertise.

About the role:

We are looking for an office all-rounder to keep things running smoothly at the front desk while also supporting all areas of the business including Accounts, Safety and Quality. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a wide variety of engaging tasks. This is a full time, 38 hours per week position.

About you:

• Friendly and approachable with a positive outlook
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and organisational skills
• Consistent and professional in attendance, and punctuality

Skills and Experience:

• Experienced in a range of administrative functions including accounts payable

• Ability to work autonomously and use initiative in order to manage competing priorities, solve problems and keep things moving in a busy environment

• Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word

• Mindset for continuous improvement of the role

• Ability to interact with people from junior to management levels

• Experience supporting safety and quality (desirable)

• Experience in construction/manufacturing industries (desirable)
