Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily administrative and technical operations activities.
Maintain and update operational records, technical documents, reports, and databases.
Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
Track work orders, maintenance schedules, service requests, and operational performance metrics.
Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, production, procurement, and vendor teams.
Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and management presentations.
Monitor inventory of technical equipment, tools, and consumables.
Assist in vendor management, purchase requisitions, and service coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and documentation standards.
Schedule meetings, maintain records, and support administrative requirements of technical departments.
Support audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives.
Handle correspondence and maintain effective communication across departments.
