An established property business with a strong presence in the commercial market and an impressive mix of sales, leasing and project work.
This is a team that values good people, initiative and getting things done properly. You’ll be working alongside experienced property professionals while having plenty of scope to bring your own ideas to the marketing side of the business.
The agency is looking for someone who can own the coordination and marketing function, rather than someone who simply waits for the next task to land.

The Position
This is a varied Marketing + Administration Coordinator role supporting a busy Commercial Sales, Leasing and Projects team.
The marketing component is a big part of the position, so if you're someone who enjoys creating content, coordinating campaigns and making sure the detail is right, there is plenty here to get your teeth into.
You'll be involved in:

• Coordinating marketing campaigns from launch through to completion
• Creating and coordinating social media content
• Preparing brochures, reports, submissions and marketing collateral
• Working with creative, signage and media suppliers
• Managing CRM data, listings, enquiries and buyer information
• Coordinating campaign deadlines and keeping agents across what's happening
• Assisting with project launches, inspections, appointments and events
• Research and market data collation
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day coordination and administration

You don't need to know commercial property. The client is happy to teach the property side of the role.
What they really want is someone who understands marketing, knows how to coordinate multiple moving parts and takes pride in getting the detail right.
The Criteria

• Previous experience in marketing coordination, marketing administration or a similar role
• Strong written communication and confidence creating professional content
• Experience with Canva essential; Adobe Suite highly regarded
• Good understanding of social media and digital content
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple deadlines and priorities
• Comfortable dealing with external suppliers and different stakeholders
• Proactive personality, someone who sees what needs doing and gets onto it
• Real estate experience is not required
