Facilities Analyst / Administrative

We are looking for an organized, proactive, service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills to support the administrative and Facilities management of our site.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up with vendors and services related to security, supplies, and infrastructure .
• Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure the proper care and functionality of workspaces.
• Coordinate travel, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for clients and international employees visiting the Colombia site.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day administrative and operational needs related to the site.
• Follow up on daily requests to ensure workspaces remain functional, safe, and well maintained.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, administrative, Facilities, or related roles.
• Good level of English , particularly in listening comprehension and verbal communication. The candidate should be able to understand the context of conversations and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with different audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook .
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills , with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while identifying urgency and importance.
• Flexibility and availability to occasionally adjust working hours according to operational needs.
