What they need
- Answer incoming calls and route or process customer inquiries as needed.
- Monitor and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Create, update, and manage customer records and other information in our ERP system.
- Process customer orders and ensure information is entered accurately and completely.
- Handle incoming helpdesk tickets and coordinate customer issues with the appropriate internal departments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain order-related documents, records, and correspondence.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with tracking open orders, customer requests, and outstanding tasks.
- Coordinate information between departments such as warehouse, logistics, accounting, and sales.
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members as needed.
- Follow up internally to ensure open requests and administrative tasks are completed.
- Help maintain accurate and organized company records.
- Assist with other general office and administrative tasks as needed.
