Administrative & Customer Support

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Strategic Partner to provide administrative, customer support, and executive assistance to the business owner.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain job information in AccuLynx.
• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claim payments.
• Track accounts receivable and help ensure payments are released and collected.
• Manage customer follow-ups, inbound calls, and email communication.
• Organize job photos, documents, and records.
• Manage calendars, appointments, deadlines, and reminders.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the owner and team.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

• Administrative, executive assistant, customer service, or virtual assistant experience.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Comfortable making calls and communicating with insurance companies.
• AccuLynx experience preferred.
• Roofing, construction, insurance claims, or AR experience is a plus.
• Able to work independently and proactively.
