- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee, participant, company, and executive information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

The Right Person for This Position
This role is especially suited for someone who naturally notices what is missing and takes action.
We need someone who can look at an employee file and recognize that a document is missing, see that a deadline is approaching and follow up before it becomes a problem, or recognize that an administrative process could be better organized and help improve it.
The goal of this position is not simply to complete assigned tasks. The goal is to help management maintain an organized, compliant, and efficiently operated organization.
