Administrative & Operation Executive

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/Transportation or equivalent.

· Required language(s): Mandarinn, English, Bahasa Melayu

· At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

· Have own transport

· Friendly character, Fast learner, Responsible person is prioritized

· Frequent absentee/family issues happened too often is not preferable

Responsibilities:

· Daily update receiving and outgoing into system and submit documents to the management

· To monitor stock movement and keep record of stock items

· Maintain receipts, records and prepare inventory/coding list

· Coordinating with internal staff as well as external vendors and contractors to ensure a smooth flow of goods and services through the operation flow

· Prepare operational reports and documents

· Any other duties as assigned by the respective manager
