The Junell Realty Group, a top-performing team at Keller Williams Realty serving Northern Nevada since 2016, is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant / Client Care Coordinator to become an essential part of our team.
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, supporting our agents and clients through every step of the home buying and selling journey. You'll manage schedules, coordinate with vendors, keep clients informed and excited, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This position reports directly to the Team Owner/Lead Agent and offers a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding plan to set you up for success from day one.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
- Learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Take pride in doing things the right way, every time
- Draw energy from problem-solving and working with people
- Have a strong desire to learn and grow
About the role: This is not an entry-level position. We're seeking someone with at least 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. A real estate license is preferred, or you should be motivated to become licensed within your first 6 months (we'll support you in this process).

- Executive Assistant – deeper involvement in the daily operations of the team owners
- Director of Operations – oversee systems, processes, and team-wide operations as we continue to grow
- Licensed Agent – transition into a sales role with full team support for licensing and training
