Administrative Assistant

All Purpose Landscaping is looking for a dynamic and outgoing person to add to our growing team as an Administrative Assistant!

Our Administrative Assistant must have excellent communication and people skills, with a big focus on customer service. System-based, process-oriented thinking is a key to success.

You must be able to:

• Answer phone calls
• Perform office duties with precise accuracy
• Cultivate and manage customer relationships
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and urgency
• Work well with other team members
• Exhibit excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner

• Has QuickBooks and minor finance experience
• is detail-oriented, organized, flexible, dependable, and a self-motivated team player
• is highly energetic, punctual self-starter, with a dynamic personality

Job Type: Full-time position
