Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Evenings & Some Saturdays)

Are you energetic, people-focused, and ready to be part of a fun and fast-paced environment? ETC Gymnastics is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy setting, enjoys helping families, and has the flexibility to work evenings and some Saturdays. Hours needed at 2:00pm to 8:00pm. Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist families with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Office Manager.
• Help answer phones, process payments, and handle customer inquiries.
• Support new families as they enroll and assist existing clientele with questions.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure smooth operations in a high-volume youth recreation environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong character, professionalism, and a passion for serving children and families.
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and assignments.
• Reliability and willingness to work evenings (required) and a few Saturdays each month.

Schedule:

• Evenings Monday–Saturday (required) 2:00pm-8:00pm Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm
• A few Saturdays per month
