Key Responsibilities:

- Timesheet Administration: Manage and support timesheet processes, ensuring accurate tracking, follow-up, and timely completion
- Reporting & Metrics Tracking: Maintain and produce recurring reports, dashboards, and operational trackers to support team oversight, activity monitoring, and decision-making
- Presentation Preparation: Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, reporting materials, and content for leadership meetings and team updates
- Process Ownership: Take ownership of specific team processes and administrative workflows, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and appropriate backup support
- Coordination Across Stakeholders: Support up to four senior stakeholders by helping manage competing priorities, requests, and department-wide administrative needs
- Practice Management Support: Assist with headcount tracking, budgeting support, training schedules, and other internal coordination activities across the department
- Back-Office Administration: Handle general administrative work related to employee support, team operations, and ongoing departmental activities
- Prioritization & Execution: Work effectively in an environment with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders, while maintaining strong follow-through and organization
- Cross-Team Support: Contribute to initiatives and operational needs across the broader department, not just one individual or function
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in administrative support, operations support, or practice management
- Prior experience working in banking, financial services, or a comparable corporate environment
- Strong experience with reporting, metrics tracking, and operational coordination
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities independently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, finance, or other internal corporate functions
- Prior Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience
- Experience with headcount tracking, budgeting support, or training coordination
- Comfort preparing materials for senior leadership
Why Join Us: This is a strong opportunity to join the Audit Professional Practices team in a highly visible support role with broad exposure across the department. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, help drive important administrative and operational processes, and gain ownership of key responsibilities that support the team’s effectiveness.
