Job Summary:
Under general supervision, provides administrative support by answering and screening telephone calls, preparing correspondence and documents, maintaining filing systems, greeting and assisting visitors, and coordinating the scheduling of Medical Center conference rooms as needed. Ensures professional, efficient, and courteous service in support of daily operations.

Status: Full-time

Shif5t: 8 hours (Monday - Friday)

Hours: 8a - 4p

Job Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience required

Education Requirements:

High School Graduate or GED
