  • Help keep meetings and department activities organized and running smoothly.

Project & Meeting Support

  • Provide administrative support for IT projects and department initiatives.
  • Schedule project meetings and coordinate participants.
  • Maintain action-item lists and simple project trackers as needed.
  • Help keep meeting follow-ups organized and visible.
  • Organize project documentation and meeting materials.
  • Assist with formatting project updates and presentations.

Communication & Presentation Support

  • Draft and format emails, announcements, presentations, and department communications.
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations and meeting documents.
  • Proofread materials for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Help distribute department communications and important updates.
  • Format and organize materials for leadership meetings and department presentations.

General Department Support

  • Assist with scheduling and administrative coordination for technology vendors, consultants, and external partners.
  • Coordinate meetings and related logistics for visitors and outside partners.
  • Help organize department events, meetings, and special activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the IT leadership team as priorities arise.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of administrative, office support, executive support, or related professional experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules.
  • Good judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfort learning new systems and technology.
  • A dependable, positive, and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience supporting a department leader or leadership team.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or projects.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, or project-management tools.
