Are you highly organized, proactive, and someone who enjoys keeping people and priorities moving forward? The Administrative Assistant opportunity offers the chance to support multiple leaders while gaining exposure to key initiatives, operations forums, and senior decision-makers across the organization. The Administrative Assistant is an important partner in helping leaders stay organized and prepared. You will coordinate meetings and preparation activities, track commitments and deadlines, create and organize presentation materials, and help ensure important deliverables stay on track. This individual also support the planning and pre-work for large operations forums, including agendas, presentations, data and portfolio reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
This role requires working from one of the posted U.S. Bank locations three (3) or more days per week.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Coordinate meetings, preparation sessions, agendas, presentations, and other administrative activities.</li>
<li>Support planning and pre-work for operations forums and stakeholder meetings.</li>
<li>Proactively track commitments, deadlines, and deliverables and follow up to keep work moving.</li>
<li>Help multiple leaders stay organized across competing priorities.</li>
<li>Create and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, reports, and other documentation.</li>
<li>Use Excel and PowerPoint to support forum and partnership activities.</li>
<li>Work independently to organize and execute assignments with limited direction.</li>
<li>Communicate and collaborate professionally with leaders, decision-makers, and other stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
Basic Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Typically four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills/Experience
<ul>
<li>Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and determine next steps with limited direction.
</li>
<li>Strong administrative and clerical skills
</li>
<li>Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
</li>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
</li>

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.39
