Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

Duties

• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Handling office correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).
• Filing and maintaining records and documents.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing information as needed.
• Inputting and updating data in databases or management systems.
• recording financial transactions, such as sales, bank transactions, payroll expenses and purchases
• using accounting and spreadsheet software
• reconciling bank statements to company records
• ensuring financial activities comply with tax, payroll and foreign currency regulations
• generating financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Knowledge with Repair Center/ Mitchell Connection/ Microsoft platforms, and general IT
• Experience required : Drivers License, use of office productivity software,
• Collision Centre (1 year preferred)
• Wage : negotiated based on experience
