What they need

Are you an early-career professional in the Bracebridge/Muskoka area, who is naturally detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn in a professional environment where accuracy matters?

CI Private Wealth Muskoka provides a unique wealth advisory and investment management experience for some of Canada’s wealthiest families. We do things right, and we do them well — and we’re looking for an individual who holds themselves to the same high standard.

About the Role

As our Administrative Associate, you’ll be part of a collaborative team with direct exposure to the inner workings of a multi‑family office. This role is well‑suited to someone who enjoys structure, values accuracy, and wants to build a strong foundation in professional client service.

You’ll learn how a professional wealth advisory practice operates, while supporting day‑to‑day administrative and client service activities. With well‑established systems, clear processes, and ongoing guidance, you’ll be supported as you develop confidence, judgment, and technical expertise in the role.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute client instructions precisely, understanding that small details can make a meaningful difference
  • Prepare, review, and maintain client documentation with care and accuracy
  • Manage multiple, dynamic priorities and deadlines
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptable to change and growth in workflows and processes
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude
  • Comfort with technology
  • Curiosity about wealth planning and investing

Experience & Education

  • Proficiency with Office 365
  • Client service or administrative experience is an asset, but not required
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset and can be pursued over time
  • Post-secondary education (university degree or college diploma) preferred

What We Offer

  • Competitive starting salary $50,000 to $60,000+, commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Exposure to a professional wealth advisory environment
  • A supportive and collaborative team-based culture
  • An opportunity to build a career while living in Muskoka

How to Apply

We invite interested parties to submit their resume, along with answers to our 3 preliminary questions, through Indeed, by Friday, October 23, 2026.

We anticipate starting the interview process the first week of November.

We would like to thank all applicants but regret that we are only able to personally contact those individuals whose backgrounds best match the requirements for the role.
