Administrative Asst

We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant. We are seeking a hard-working, dependable individual who has a desire for a long-lasting employment relationship with our successful company.

In this Administrative Assistant role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Provide excellent customer service in general administrative duties such as answering phones, replying to emails, etc.
• Must have at least 1 year of freight experience
• Schedule inbound/outbound truck drivers
• Assist in the daily plant scheduling
• Data Entry and reporting on scale weights tonnage reports and other reports as needed
• Administrative paperwork for all employees included but not limited to onboarding new hires and assisting with the recruitment process.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to navigate Microsoft Office successfully
• Will provide applicant with a license as a scale operator for our certified truck scale.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary:

• $16 - $20 per hour depending on experience.
• End of Year Bonus eligible

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday (rotating Saturday mornings)
• Overtime
• No nights
