  • Help organize staff and ensure daily operational needs are addressed.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff, management, the Medical Director, and other departments.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, accreditation, and staff development.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff to support daily clinic operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members regarding company policies, attendance, performance, and workplace expectations.
  • Help create a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
  • Identify operational challenges and proactively help develop solutions.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with staff, leadership, and patients.
  • Help ensure an exceptional patient experience throughout the patient journey.
  • Support administrative projects and initiatives as needed.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish – required.
  • Healthcare or medical office experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Professionalism, discretion, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to learn healthcare-specific processes, compliance requirements, and company procedures.

Certified Medical Administrative Assistant certification is a plus, but not required.
