Brand & Product Operations, Sample Admin Coordinator Reporting to the Sample Manager, the Sample Admin Coordinator is responsible for the movement and management of all Development samples & General Marketing samples to support the Product Creation & Brand teams for all ALDO Group brands & divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• DC Operations: all brands & divisions
• Receive, process & distribute all inbound samples to the appropriate dept-team
• Maintain the organization of all samples in storage in the DC
• Manage the disposal of sample half pairs, while optimizing full pairs for future sample sales
• Support the organization of outbound samples for brand activities
• Development samples: Aldo & Call It Spring brands
• Support peak period movements: showroom set-up for Filtering & Buying activities
• Support quarterly sell-in periods with category photography: 360 and enhanced
• Marketing samples: Aldo & Call It Spring brands
• Support the coordination of all General sample ordering periods: Order Forms & PLM data entry
• Support the management of all Vendor communications (order share-out & delivery tracking)
• Support a regular cadence of General sample delivery follow-up reporting
• Liaise with Product Development & Brand teams upon sample arrival for sample validation steps
• Production samples: Aldo, Call It Spring brands & APS brands
• Support in-season Merchandise activities by processing & distributing TOP samples
• Support Ecomm photography by tracking Confirmation sample arrival, validation & processing

Job Requirements

• Available to work full-time on-campus from 8-4pm
• Proactive, organized and energetic personality
• Physically fit and able to manipulate sample cartons
• Team player and can take direction to complete tasks independently
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
• Warehouse experience is considered an asset
• Retail experience or interest in fashion is considered an asset
