Administrative / Document Staff Mandarin Speaker (Site Based)

Requirements

• Indonesian nationality only.
• M, max 30y.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any Engineering major.
• Maximum 3 years of relevant work experience in an EPC project environment. Fresh graduates with fluent Mandarin skills are also welcome to apply.
• Minimum HSK 4 proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of occupational health and safety (HSE/K3) practices.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment and perform effectively under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned to any of our project sites.
• Available to join as soon as possible.

Job description

• Establish and maintain the project document control system, procedures, coding, and master document register.
• Manage document receipt, registration, distribution, scanning, and filing, ensuring proper tracking and version control.
• Control and maintain the latest approved design, construction, manufacturer, and as-built drawings.
• Track technical, quality, inspection, testing, and commissioning documentation throughout the project.
• Maintain quality records, meeting minutes, action items, project reports, and site documentation.
• Ensure proper Indonesian compliance and project qualification documentation.
• Coordinate as-built documentation and final project handover, including drawings, certificates, manuals, and test records.
