Administrative Executive

• Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
• Prepare, update and maintain documents, records and filing
• Handle data entry, documentation and general office matters
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, reports and other documents when required
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers and suppliers for administrative matters
• Handle email, phone calls and general enquiries
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative support
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
• Candidates with experience in forwarding, logistics, shipping or related industries will have an added advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
