Administrative Executive

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Adviser Admin Executive to provide dedicated administrative support to our team of Financial and Insurance Advisers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance adherence, and an exceptional client experience throughout the advisory process.

Key responsibilities

• Policy servicing, processing changes, renewals, top-ups, nominations, address/beneficiary updates
• Clients claim support, following up with insurer, chasing documentation
• Payment follow-ups, lapses/reinstatement tracking
• Liaising between client and insurer, scheduling reviews/appointments
• Process policy servicing requests — changes, renewals, top-ups, nominations, beneficiary updates
• Support claims follow-up — liaising with insurer/claims department, chasing outstanding documentation
• Preparing policy summaries, annual reviews, portfolio statements for clients
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments and internal meetings
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow up on action items
• Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications to clients
