Administrative Executive

Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance works for artificial sports courts and related facilities.

Serve as the primary administrative contact for aftersales service enquiries and maintenance requests.

Prepare quotations for court accessories, replacement parts, and related products.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.

Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.

Coordinate shipping and logistics arrangements for accessories, materials, and equipment.

Maintain accurate records, service schedules, quotations, and administrative documentation.

Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

Good organisational and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines.

Experience in administration, customer service, procurement, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience in the sports, construction, facilities management, or related industry is a plus.
